This is by far the greatest challenge of my life and the world is my witness, OH MY GOSH !

Todays workout is 20 minutes long and consist of 4 exercises of 50 seconds duration with 10 seconds rest to move onto the other exercise. Repeat the 4 exercises for a total of 5 rounds without any rest between rounds.

This workout was way too hard for me so I have had to go back to a level that I can handle. I was unable to do the exercise with perfect form as you can see and although it was hard I persisted and finished what I started until the very end. Always follow Con's exercise advice especially when he says that you need to be able to do each level for the time he says in his instructional videos. This means start at level 1 and do it perfectly and only go the next level when you can do the recommended amount of time and rest.

This way you will SUCCEED ! 

The exercises are:

1. Half Burpee - do for 50 seconds

you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise

 

2. Body Rows Level 3 - do for 50 seconds

 

you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise

 

3. Push Ups Level 6 - do for 50 seconds

you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise

 

4. ABS Level 6 - do for 50 seconds

you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise and repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

Your goal is to be consistent, do the best you can with whatever you've got for the duration of each exercise for each set until you are finished. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be. If you need to lose fat but don't have the motivation then maybe we can help you.
