2. Sandbag Front Squat & Press x 4 reps

superset - Maximum rounds in 3 minutes

Sandbag Half Burpee Push Up & Row x 4 reps

 

3. Pullover Sit Up & Press x 15 reps

4. Booty Curls x 30sec RHS & 30sec LHS 3 Minutes

5. Pullover Sit Up & Press x 15 reps

 

REPEAT for 2-3 rounds !
