Part 2 of the 5 day detox covers the Liver or Kidney flush, a not negotiable and crucial component to the program and how to choose which one is for you and how you should choose, not by what you think but instead by what you know.

Start each day on the detox program with a glass of filtered water upon rising followed by either a Liver or Kidney flush within the hour.
If your goal is initially or predominantly to lose fat, then we would suggest you choose the liver flush. Alternatively, if you are lean, do not need to lose fat, and instead are a bit on the " skinny binny " side, as Niki says, have bags & dark rings under your eyes, a low energy level, and have socially unacceptable toilet habits during and well after you have left the building then we would suggest that you do the kidney flush this time around.
Liver flush ingredients include fresh orange juice (250ml/8 ounces) , filtered water (250ml/8 ounces) , 1 clove garlic, 1 inch piece of ginger, and 1 tablespoon of cold pressed olive oil. You need to increase the garlic and olive oil for each day of the detox. This means day 1 is 1 clove garlic and 1 tablespoon olive Oil, day 2 is 2 cloves garlic and 2 tablespoons olive oil, day 3 is 3 cloves garlic and 3 tablespoons olive oil, day 4 is 4 cloves garlic and 4 tablespoons olive oil, day 5 is 5 cloves garlic and 5 tablespoons olive oil. If you get through day one, then increase the garlic and olive oil dosage as noted above. If you have an adverse reaction then you've reached your limit and stay at 1 clove garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. If on the other hand you feel fine then keep increasing the dosage as noted.
Kidney flush ingredients include fresh juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime, pinch cayenne pepper, 500ml / 16 ounces filtered water, and a teaspoon of pure maple syrup.
You really need to be brutally honest with this question. You need to ask yourself if you are fat.
This is really hard but you must be honest. If you lie to yourself about this question then you will simply fail and probably blame this program as being the reason for your failure, only problem is that we both will know the truth then won't we now ? So be brutally honest, have a real good look at yourself, not by comparing yourself to others but instead by looking at yourself in as natural a state as you can, that means naked and in private, front, back, and sides. Now, are you really happy with what you see ? Are you so excited you just cannot contain your excitement and just want to take photos of yourself in your bathing suit and send them to all your friends with a note that says LOOK AT ME ! I know it's a tough one but you really need to ask it the way it is, being polite and soft got you to where you are, so do you think you can answer the question of " are you fat ? " honestly now ? When you do you will know what you have to do. We just want you to know that you can count on us to be there for you until you can, no matter how long it takes !
