Well, the first thing you might want to do is share your progress and results on our blog. Go on, give something back, inspire someone else to do what you have just accomplished by posting your comments on our blog.


Life is a funny thing, we tend to accumulate a lot of material wealth but we never truly share our wealth, instead we keep it to ourselves. As time passes we tend to live in our homes, seldomly seeing our friends and family as much as we should, and when we think of them we are either embarassed to make the first move or just couldn't be bothered because they haven't either. Life usually continues on a path of regret, we live in the past, feel sorry for ourselves, and then blame everyone and everything else instead of, you guessed it, US ! By the time we figure this out, usually after someone like Con & Niki who have given their time freely, appear on a Youtube video that you happen to stumble upon or have been referred to by someone you know, and influence or inspire you into action. Before you know it you've decided to do the cleanse and then all of a sudden you've made it to the end. It's like God lets you catch a glimpse of heaven but only you were there to see it, no one witnessed what you saw so you have no proof except your own two eyes. Have you got what it takes to share your new found knowledge ? Well this is your chance, so start typing and do something GREAT !


I can explain the ins and outs of quantum physics, human metabolism,  and the sodium potassium pump as the basic functioning unit of every cell, but what for ? Are you going to take this explanation and remember it ? This brings me back to school and all the things they made us learn when today we just use a calculator or a spelling checker, catch my drift ? I can waffle on for hours, dazzle you with my brilliance and baffle you with the facts, but do you really need to know that right now ? If you do, then I am sure you would have already done some research on the subject yourself, but that's another subject we'll cover at another time. Let me put it to you this way, IT WORKS !


Whilst on the program it's important to weigh yourself the same time, same place, and in the same way each day. We measure immediately upon rising, naked, and before toilet visits, yeah what is it with people ? Stop going to the toilet first so you can be 400 grams lighter, be honest, you are what you weigh so get over it. Remember same time, same place, same way, OK ?


Your weight loss has only just begun, this is not the end, it's just the beginning. In these past five days, assuming they were done exactly as we have stipulated with the fast and vigorous exercise just like in our videos, then you have successfully allowed your body to regenerate.

 

More cells were born and less died. More toxic wastes were expelled than were consumed. You have more energy to burn than what you actually did burn so you now have a surplus. You spent more time in a deep sleep rather than wandering between your semi conscious and subconscious states. More growth hormone was released and so more regeneration and repair of your body was completed. Your skin, the largest organ of the human body, was revitalised. See, there is some truth to red cheeks meaning you are healthy, either that or you've got high blood pressure or some skin ailment. Your digestive tract cleaned itself out and slowly shrunk back to it's original size. The balance between good and bad bacteria in your digestive tract is now better.

 

Many more things have changed in your body, is it really necessary for you to know exactly what has gone on behind the scenes ?


Think of it this way, when you feel good it's because you are ALIVE and living, and when you feel bad it's because you are DEAD and dying. Which do you prefer ? It is, always has been, and always will be UP TO YOU. So do the best you can with what you've got, your whole life awaits you.


We suggest that you can either have the weekend off and start back again next week and do another detox. Alternatively, you can schedule a detox on every fifth week for 5 days, your body and the mirror will love you for it. This will make your exercise goals so much more achievable as you'll find that if you keep exercising, eating right, and having a positive and caring attitude to life, that no only will your body transform into what you want but so will your life.
