Ideally before eating you should have just completed one of Niki's workouts so attempt Niki's Bikini Body Workout which should be done at the start of your day and then consume your meal within 30 minutes after finishing your workout.
The post workout meal should be consumed whilst your depleted and fatigued muscles are yearning for nourishment. The meal should be small, easy to digest, full of nutrition and consumed within 30 minutes of the workout. That is basically it, however you might just want to read on a little further.

Sooner or later you will get sick of where you are and any decision to move to a better place is much easier to make when you are in that state of mind. They say you always hurt the one you love and so the truth is sometimes painful to accept however how great a life awaits you when you do. So take a deep breath and tell yourself to look into the mirror and accept what you see as the truth, you do not have to like it, just accept it for once. You will thank me later.
