This workout shows Niki working her abs using 1st segment of Workout 1 Week 1 of ConikiXXX.

 

Utilising the ConikiXXX approved Pullover Sit Up & Press, we perform 15 full reps. Repeat this 3 times super setting with ConikiXXX approved Push Ups, Body Rows, and Boxer Skip in part 1 and Dumbbell Tricap Extensions, Dumbbell Bicep Curls and Boxer Skip in Part 2.
