In the meantime, while you're considering working out, I would like to welcome you back to my kitchen where todays recipe is a lovely Beef and Green Beans with Black bean sauce Stir Fry.
Ingredients
500g beef, sliced for stir fry
375g green beans, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 tablespoon chopped onion
2 tablespoons black bean sauce
1 tablespoon peanut oil
cold pressed olive oil for frying
Firstly, heat a wok on high heat and when hot add a little olive oil. Seal the beef in batches and put aside.
Next, stir fry the beans in batches for a couple of minutes and set the beans aside.
Now add a little oil to your wok, stir in garlic and then onions. Add the beef and stir, then add the black bean sauce making sure it coats the beef and finally add the beans and stir through.
The final step is to add a tablespoon of peanut oil and mix for about 1 minute. Your stir fry is now ready, so enjoy your lunch or dinner.
Your goal is to be consistent, eat better and exercise each and every day. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be. If you need to lose fat but don't have the motivation then maybe we can help you.
