Back exercises are often neglected because you never really get to see the results for yourself. This does not mean you should avoid this movement and instead incorporate this exercise into your routine. Unfortunately the benefits of this exercise are not experienced by many mainly due to poor form hence poor results. So, watch the video, listen to the words, and learn how to do this fantastic exercise well. Your back will love you for it.
