In the meantime, while you're considering working out, I would like to welcome you back to my kitchen where today I am sharing a gorgeous breakfast berry smoothie.
The ingredients are as follows:
200ml low fat milk
2 tablespoons low fat yoghurt
1/2 banana, peeled
1/4 cup frozen berries
To prepare the smoothie, add all ingredients starting with the milk to the blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until just combined. Then pour this delicious smoothie into a glass and enjoy.
How simple is that? Quick and easy, that’s how preparing food should be most of the time. I make this smoothie often for the family and it is a big hit. Some mornings, when you just feel like having a drink rather than sitting down to a meal, this smoothie is perfect for those mornings.
It tastes great, it smells delicious, and the colour is gorgeous. What else could you ask for? More recipes! Well stay tuned and subscribe.
