DAY 1 What to eat ? Part 4 of 7 of Rapid 5 day Fat Loss Detox & Cleanse program.


OK it's day one so where do we begin. This is so simple even my pet kangaroo can do it. Day one is made up of fresh raw fruit and vegetables.


Start your day with your glass of water, then your Liver or Kidney flush, then have some whole fresh fruit of any kind for breakfast. Stop eating one hour before lunch.

 

For lunch we have fresh raw vegetables of any kind. Stop eating one hour before dinner or by 6pm.

 

Now for dinner we simply have the same as breakfast which was whole fresh fruit of any kind. Try to get organic produce however if this is not possible for you then get the best you can get and make sure you rinse them thoroughly to remove any contaminants. 


If you are still hungry between breakfast and lunch then you can have more fresh fruit, a diluted 50/50 mix of freshly squeezed fruit juice and water, or a fresh fruit only smoothie. Remember to stop eating one hour before lunch and never mix vegetables and fruits together.


If you are still hungry between lunch and dinner then you can have some vegetable broth, or a diluted 50/50 mix of freshly squeezed vegetable juice and water. Remember to stop eating vegetables or their juices by 6pm and one hour before dinner and never mix vegetables and fruits together.

 

So that's Day one. You are now one step closer to the new and improved you. So jump up and down and cheer !
