This is a simple exercise that can be easily done incorrectly. I have witnessed many attempt this exercise only to get a different result than what they bargained for...usually a shoulder pain. This happens because of poor technique and the utilization of the shoulder and trapezius muscles as opposed to the back and biceps. Follow my tutorial and build bulging biceps or just tone them up.
