Eating out at the Spice Temple on our day off, what a fantastic experience. Neil Perry, you are truly a legend.

Life is always about choices, and to have a great life you have to make great choices. That's why when your life truly sucks it's usually because you made a choice that also sucks ! So the message here is very simple, you should always make great choices if your intention is to have a great life. Simple but oh so true.

We made a great choice when choosing to go to the Spice Temple. Neil Perry is the reason behind the Spice Temple and he has truly conquered the delicate art of spices and their integration seamlessly with exotic asian influence and with a magical yet calming touch that only he can give. A beautiful body is great to have, better to touch, and inspiring to look at. It is maintained that way, not by genetics, but instead with a dedicated consistent and persistent attitude to all things involving the mind, what you eat, and how you move. A beautiful body that you alone are responsible for makes you feel empowered and motivated to give more, confident yet humble, and appreciative of all things great and small. This attitude is one that makes you truly great and an inspiration to all that have the good fortune to cross your path or capture a glimpse of you, feeling the radiation of all things good that come from you. It is truly a calming and humbling experience to experience this.

Having a day off is an important part of this where you experience the brilliance in others and their ability, in this instance, to cook and combine seemingly simple ingredients with a flair that creates an experience for you to enjoy, however as they say, too much of a good thing is bad for you. This is why we use but never abuse.

The portion sizes chosen by Neil Perry at the Spice Temple were in our opinion perfect, just enough to respect and not too much to spoil. Just the way it should be. We really enjoyed the opportunity to experience Neil Perry's brilliance, thank you Mr Perry.

Eat each mouthful slowly and savour the flavour and you will achieve satisfaction easily. Once you start to eat like this you'll find it's really quite easy to do. If you find it difficult at the best of times to control your insatiable desire to consume all that gets in your way then you'll find that this will become a thing of the past once you complete our Rapid 5 day fat loss detox and cleanse but that's another subject.

We tend to take one and a half days off a week where we relax our eating and training habits. In this time we can satisfy any cravings we might have had the week before not by succumbing to the temptation or addiction to giving in but instead by planning to do this at a more appropriate time. This way we win both ways, firstly in achieving our goal to have a beautiful body, and secondly by enjoying some time off. This is one of those moments in your life where you need to be brutally honest and have a real good in depth, deep and probingly honest look at yourself, and decide once and for all time, if you are one of those people who gives in to their addictions or instead do you plan more effectively so you too can WIN !.
