Todays workout is about 24 minutes long and consist of 22 exercises. 

 

The exercises are:

 

1. Staggered Hand Push Ups - do 5 reps per side - do for 1 minute

 

2. Banana Rolls on Back/Side/Front hold for 5 seconds and then roll - do for 2 minutes

 

3. Leaning Lunge - lunge on each side - do for 2 minutes

 

4. Squat Run - do for 30 seconds per side - do for 1 minute

 

5. Sphinx Push Ups - as many as you can for 30 seconds

 

6. Row to Boat - 10 seconds per position - do for 2 minutes

 

7. Low Lateral Skaters - do 20 reps

 

8. Lunge and Reach - 30 seconds on each side - do for 1 minute

 

9. Push Ups & Knee to Elbow - do for 90 seconds

 

10. Side Hip Raise - do for 30 seconds each side

 

11. Squat and Press - do 30 reps

 

12. Plank Runs for 10 seconds then Plank Knee to Elbow for 10 seconds - do for 1 minute

 

13. Walking Push Ups - 4 steps forward & 4 steps back - do for 1 minute

 

14. Superman for 10 seconds the Banana for 10 seconds - do for 1 minute

 

15. Lunge Kick Back Curl Arnold Press  - do 20 reps

 

16. Towel Hopping - do for 1 minute

 

17. Reach High and Under Push Ups - do each side for 30 seconds

 

18. Standing Knee to Elbow - do 50 reps

 

19. Face Up / Kick Up / Get Ups - do for 1 minute

 

20. Plank for 10 seconds / Low Plank for 10 seconds - do for 1 minute

 

21. 4 Step Side Step / 6 Step Back - do for 1 minute

 

22. Table Dip Leg Raise - 5 reps per leg up then change to other leg - do for 1 minute

 

Your goal is to be consistent, do the best you can with whatever you've got for the duration of each exercise for each set until you are finished. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be. If you need to lose fat but don't have the motivation then maybe we can help you.

 

After this workout you should feed your muscles. Strong bodies need good nutrition so try one our delicious Post Workout Meals within 30 minutes after completing this workout.
