This workout has 8 exercises repeated for 4 sets. Each exercise is done for 30 seconds with 10 second rest, then on to the next exercise.

Exercise 2. Lying Tricep Extensions
Exercise 3. Pull Ups or Body Rows
Exercise 4. Dumbbell Curls
Exercise 5. Jumping Side Lunge
Exercise 6. Seated Side Lateral Raise
