where todays recipe is a yummy Honey Soy Chicken and Broccolini Stir Fry.
Ingredients
200g cooked chicken, shredded
2 bunches broccolini (about 250g), chopped
1 small red capsicum, sliced
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
cold pressed olive oil for frying
Firstly, heat a wok on high heat and when hot add the chopped broccolini and stir, now make a well in the centre and add a little water. Then place the lid on and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Now put the broccolini aside and add a little oil to the wok. The shredded chicken can now be added and stir until chicken is heated through. At this point add the soy sauce and honey making sure you coat the chicken well.
Next add the broccolini, stir to combine, then add the red capsicum. Put the lid on when cooking is finished and serve when you are ready.
Your goal is to be consistent, eat better and exercise each and every day. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be. If you need to lose fat but don't have the motivation then maybe we can help you.
