Now this is a big question. How could walking possibly be BAD for you ?
Shouldn't we walk like 10,000 steps a day or something like that ?
Well, all these questions are valid however there are times when walking IS BAD for you and it's probably not when you think. In actual fact most people are harming themselves every day simply by walking. At the end of the day, if walking helps you achieve your goal and the benefits are measurable to prove this then I suppose walking IS GOOD for you.
Hey, come on a minute ! First you say it's BAD then you say it's GOOD !
