This would have to be one of the BEST exercises for the whole body but especially the legs. Slightly harder than the classic Burpee this version adds a jump at the end. Muscles used include quadriceps, quads, hamstrings, hammys, calves, chest, pectorals, shoulders, deltoids, triceps, forearms. Check it out it's awesome.
