The KICK ASS BOOTY CLENCHER 15 minute REAL TIME workout by CON targets your whole body with 3 sets of 5 one minute exercises.

 

WATCH THE TUTORIAL

 

Do each exercise for 1 minute then immediately move onto the next exercise until all 5 exercises are done. Repeat the 5 exercises for 3 rounds and in 15 minutes you are finished and one step closer to your goals.
