Here is another simple, yet highly nutritious, tasty and satisfying post workout meal for you to try.
I used some rock melon cut up into small pieces, combined with a handful of sultanas, and then half a cup of oats. I then blend 20 grams of protein in a 100 mls of water until it achieves a thick consistency and then I pour it over the ingredients and mix thoroughly. I also have a glass of water and a cup of coffee at the end.
This should be consumed within 30 minutes of your workout to so the ingredients can be used by your depleted muscles. Now remember that each day you do this you are one step closer to achieving your goals and one step further away from where you once were.
Now, that is progress.
