Regardless of whether you are a finely tuned athlete, a weekend warrior, a walking lab experiment, gods gift to woman, a mother trying to get her figure back, or a teenager on a mission, the same principles apply to each of one you.

 

Most people have absolutely no idea when it comes to exercising. They spend too much time worrying about what to wear and who is watching them rather than the real purpose they are there in the first place.

 

The real reason you exercise is that you simply move too little each day, with too little intensity, and usually not often enough. Put simply, your body is just a bag of bones with some muscles that keep the bones aligned in such a way that makes us maintain that upright state. Sure there is some room in there for a few extra bits and pieces like a heart, a pair of lungs, etc , and if you look hard enough there you'll find a brain packed neatly inside your head. This brain determines the activities for the upcoming day however it does this in an efficient manner based primarily on what you did the day before and how well you fared at that.

 

Generally speaking, most people are lazy when it comes to movement. They tend to spend most of their time indoors eating packaged food or something that was prepared for them. They are malnourished even though they have way too much body fat and tend to reward themselves with things that will kill them eventually through eating, drinking, inhaling, and finally injecting.

 

The end result is a poor excuse for the most dominant species this world has ever known, homo sapiens.

 

Then one day you decide to change that when you have one of those life changing moments where you actually catch a glimpse of yourself and almost pass out at the thought of accepting what you have worked so hard to become. Yuck ! 

 

Now assuming we're passed that stage and you accept who you are, then you have decided to make a change today for the better. You think long and yard as your motivation is fueled with images of desire and so you have a light bulb moment and realize that you are going to have to change what you eat and how you move, in other words exercise.

 

As I said previous which was that regardless of whether you are a finely tuned athlete, a weekend warrior, a walking lab experiment, gods gift to woman, a mother trying to get her figure back, or a teenager on a mission, the same principles apply to each of one you for each and every single day of your life.

 

Watch and learn, put some hustle behind that muscle, and accept that if it's meant to be it's up to me. The only way you will ever change any part of your body is to be precise, accurate, on target, and with an uncanny ability to hit that spot over and over and over again. Not too much and not too little, with just enough to leave you satisfied. So next time you decide to exercise, which should be today, each day and every day, then do it with purpose and precision. Apply with passion what I talk about in my videos and you'll will quickly see that it truly is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration because inspiration simply gets you started however it's the perspiration that keeps you going day in and day out.
