Ever wondered what it takes to transform your body the way YOU want it ? Well from an exercise point of view , it takes just 14 minutes. This whole body workout is awesome and does just that. Watch the tutorial first so you are familiar with the exercise and then hit play and do the workout with us. This  is a real time workout which means every second is recorded and it is designed for you to do it with us. All you need to do this workout is you, so .... what are you waiting for..JUST DO IT. 

 

 

THE TUTORIAL

 

Following are the exercises that were used in this workout, remember you can go to the EXERCISE HOW TO section of our website as well for information on all our exercises.

 

Basically the workout consists of 4 rounds comprising of 7 exercise done for 30 seconds each, a total of three and a half minutes per round or 14 minutes for the whole workout ! The order of exercises are

 

1. Swinging Hammer Curl Squat - 30 seconds NO REST

2. Skip Kick with hands DOWN   - 30 seconds NO REST

3. Abs Leg Up Toe Touch - 30 seconds NO REST

4. Skip Kick with hands UP - 30 seconds NO REST

5. Mountain Climbers - 30 seconds NO REST

6. The Plank - 30 seconds NO REST

7. Superman Static Plank - 30 seconds NO REST

REPEAT 4 TIMES

ABS - LEG UP TOE TOUCH

 

MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS

 

THE PLANK

 

SUPERMAN  STATIC PLANK
