These instructional videos are provided here so you can learn correct technique which ultimately leads to success. You really must eventually learn to accept that technique is absolutely necessary if you are to build a beautiful strong and healthy body in the shortest period of time and with the least effort.

 

Most people I have observed over my career have no idea what they are doing, let alone why they are doing it. Follow my instructions and get rid of the ego, then perform each exercise precisely and you will quickly understand why I say what I say. If an exercise causes you pain, anywhere except where you are supposed to feel it, then one of the muscles in the chain of muscles required to do the exercise is simply not up to the task at hand so go back a level. If this occurs at level one then simply reduce your set time by half and build from there, and be patient. Continuing through this pain barrier is pointless and damaging to your progress and your body, so stop doing that. Start at level one and complete the described duration with perfect technique and when you have mastered this then proceed to the next level. These exercises can be done everyday.

 

Your goal is to be consistent, do the best you can with whatever you've got for the duration of each exercise for each set until you are finished. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be. If you need to lose fat but don't have the motivation then maybe we can help you.

 

After this workout you should feed your muscles with my post workout meal to lose fat and build muscle so try one of my post workout meals within 30 minutes after completing this workout which should be done at the start of your day.
