This routine consists of 6 exercises without rest beginning with

 

Exercise 1a - Barbell Curl & Press x 10 reps @ 15kg Olympic Bar

Exercise 1b - Barbell Reverse Curl & Press x 10 reps @ 15kg Olympic Bar Do minimum 3 - 5 sets as a Superset (no rest )

Exercise 2 - One Arm Case Squat Hammer Wrist Curl x 5 reps RHS & LHS Do 3 sets (no rest ) @ 7kg Olympic Bar Exercise 3 - Barbell Bench Press + Sit up and Press x 5 + 1 reps @ 15kg Olympic Bar Do Minimum 3 - 10 sets (no rest )

Exercise 4 - Wide Stance Deadlift x 3 reps + modified Cuban Press x 1 rep + overhead Barbell Squat x 1 rep @15 kg Olympic Bar Do minimum 5 - 7 sets

Exercise 5 - Greek God Press 3reps RHS & LHS & SIDE @ 7kg Olympic Bar Do minimum 3 - 5 sets (no rest)
